Cancellation Policy

Prior to service, we will sign an agreement that your credit card can be charged 50% of the service fee for any session that is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session and will be billed to the payment method you have provided.

This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Multiple missed appointments without any notice on the day of service will result in possible termination of services and referral elsewhere.

I understand that emergencies and other circumstances beyond your control may sometimes prevent you from being able to follow the 48-hour cancellation policy. For this reason, I allow  two “free passes” per rolling 12-month period when you are not required to pay the fee for  missed or late canceled sessions.
