Join us for a vibrant weekly gathering of women who GET IT.
In-person in South Minneapolis and Roseville + accountability check-in between sessions
To keep things cozy and supportive, the group is limited to 6-8 participants.
Whether you have a diagnosis or not - this is for female-identifying folks struggling with ADHD-like symptoms.
This group is for female-identifying people who’ve always felt… a little different. The ones who notice the world in a unique way, who feel deeply, and sometimes struggle to get through the everyday tasks that could make life feel a little smoother - whether it’s relationships, your career, or even just the day-to-day things that pile up.
It can be exhausting to feel like you’re always behind, watching everyone else navigate life with more ease. Maybe your mind races, maybe the chaos of daily life feels overwhelming, maybe your anxiety is tied to feeling overstimulated—or maybe it’s just that organization and structure feel like foreign languages.
Whatever it is, you’re not alone. This group is a space to slow down, understand yourself more fully, and find gentle ways to get a handle on the overwhelm. We’ll dive deep, share some laughs, and empower one another on this journey!
This group is all about:
forging new connections
boosting self-esteem
learning about and tackling executive function challenges
Together, we will:
set and pursue personal goals
share in compassionate accountability (weekly check-ins outside of group)
explore how ADHD symptoms impact our relationships and day-to-day life
With a focus on ADHD-like symptoms & struggles, we’ll:
learn more about executive functions and where we need support
explore strategies to help improve time management & organizational skills
develop effective coping strategies and simple grounding techniques
